Reform UK rally LIVE: Farage vows to ‘fight tooth and nail to stop Keir undoing Brexit’ | Politics | News

Reform currently does not hold any councils in the capital city, which are all due for election in May this year.

Several councillors, mostly from the Conservative Party, have defected in the last few months to the insurgent party.

They were joined by London Assembly Member Keith Prince, who left the Tories last year during the party’s annual conference.

At the time his move was welcomed by Nigel Farage, although some activists had sour words for the departing member.

One said: “As a Prince he’s always been used to coming second to a King.”

Mr Prince himself said the Tories were “done and dusted.”
